How do I clean and maintain the toys?
To preserve the integrity and appearance of our products, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild, pet-safe detergent. For specific plush items, a gentle machine wash in a laundry bag is suitable. Please refer to the care label on each individual product for detailed instructions.
Are these toys suitable for heavy chewers?
While our toys are built with high-grade, durable materials, no toy is completely indestructible. We recommend supervising your pet during playtime and replacing any toy that shows signs of significant wear to ensure continued safety.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic deliveries arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order departs our facility.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If a product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, toys that have been used or chewed cannot be returned.
