At Oleviana, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium pet collections. If you or your companion are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to facilitate a seamless return process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The product is in its original, unused condition and remains in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Hygiene Standard: For the safety of all our furry clients, items that show signs of play, chewing, hair, or wear cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at service@oleviana.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We maintain rigorous quality control, but if an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at service@oleviana.com with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
